Everything an executive needs to know about measuring Product Development and R&D
In this two-day masterclass, Bradford Goldense will show participants how to connect the numerous metrics of R&D, product development, innovation, technical and functional competencies, R&D productivity and R&D-related intellectual property. He will cover this going three levels deep - to the handful of KPIs needed by CEOs for financial reporting and investors in a single one-page portfolio.
The selection of metrics are different for every company, and highly strategy dependent. So each participant will have the possibility to include any of the metrics they currently use in the final workshop solution.

About Bradford L. Goldense
The leader of this masterclass, Bradford L. Goldense, NPDP, CMfgE, CPIM, CCP, is CEO of Goldense Group, a 30-year-old Needham, Massachusetts consulting, education and research firm that provides advanced business and technology management services to companies that create and commercialize products.
He is an internationally recognized expert in product development, innovation, and R&D metrics practices and is a speaker at industry-wide conferences and seminars.
